1. Shipping Area and Delivery Time
We ship inside Germany, to EU member states and to switzerland. Other countries only on special request. Delivery times are not binding. Binding delivery times require our written confirmation. Shipping is made according to the Shipping Conditions valid at the time of your order.

2. Conclusion of contract and prices
By clicking the "confirm order" button in the checkout area of the online shop you submit your binding offer to conclude a contract of sale of the products in your shopping cart. Following the submission of your order you will receive a confirmation by email to confirm the receipt of your order. This e-mail is not an acceptance of the contract. The contract is concluded by delivering the articles. All our offers are not-binding. All prices are gross prices, including german value added tax and excluding shipping costs.

3. Cancellation instructions
Right of cancellation
You can cancel your contract within 14 days without indication of reasons in text format (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or - if you were provided with the item before the end of the notice period - cancel by returning the item. That notice period starts after receipt of these instructions in text format, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (for repeated deliveries not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfilment of our information duties according to article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 Section 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as our obligations according to § 312e sect. 1 sentence 1 BGB in connection with article 246 § 3 EGBGB. For the observation of the cancellation period the timely sending of the cancellation or the item suffices. The cancellation should be addressed to:

Consequences of cancellation
In the case of a valid cancellation the services received on both sides must be refunded and possible taken payments (e.g. interests) must be released. If you can not return the received service in full or partially, or only in damaged condition, you will need to pay us the according compensation for lost value. With surrender of goods this does not apply if the worsening of the item only can be linked to its checking - as would have been possible in a retail shop. For the rest, you can avoid the obligation of compensation for lost value for a worsening of the item resulting from use according to instruction, if you do not start using the item as your property and omit everything that affects its value. Items that can be sent in packages should be returned at our risk. You will have to pay for the return, if the delivered item corresponds with the order and the price of the item to be returned does not exceed 40 euro or if you have not yet paid compensation for lost value or a contractually agreed partial payment . Alternatively, the return is free of charge for you. Items that cannot be returned in a package will be collected from you. Payment obligations must be carried out within 30 days. The period starts for you with the sending of your cancellation declaration or the item, and for us with their receipt.

4. Cancelled orders
You have a statutory right to cancel your order. Please email us immediately at service@mybeautystore.de with your name, address and order number. ALL ORDERS MUST BE CANCEL WITHIN 2 HOURS. OTHERWISE, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL WORK ON-COST. Once an order is received and processed you may not cancel the order. No refunds! If the goods are delivered you will still need to cancel your order in writing and return the goods as set out above. Your right to cancel does not apply to: goods you have used and which are therefore not in a saleable condition; or you if you are acting in the course of business. We will refund the purchase price to you within 30 days of your cancellation notice (including the original postage and package we charged you). You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods and this cannot be refunded! Please note that we are unable to cancel any orders after the 7 working day period unless the goods are faulty (see "Faulty Goods" below). Your right to cancel is separate from other statutory rights you may have.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the Products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in cancelled orders

5. Warranty and Liability
The warranty is subject to the legal regulations of the Federal Republic of Germany. If the object of sale has a defect, we can remedy the defect or replace the object. In the event that the remedial measures or the replacement delivery fail, you shall be entitled to rescind the contract or to demand a price reduction.

6. Reservation of title
Any goods delivered shall remain our property until they have been paid in full.

7. Privacy
All Information that is needed for processing your order is transmitted through a secure connection using 128 Bit SSL encryption. The personal data provided by you at the beginning of, or during the course of business dealings shall be processed and, in particular, stored in compliance with the provisions of the German Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz). You are entitled to have your personal data deleted or corrected at any time. Please contact service@mybeautystore.de or send us your request in writing by mail. Personal data shall not be passed on to third parties. Excluded are our service partners, which need the transmission of data for the handling of your order. (e.g. parcel-service or bank). In this cases however the passing of data is limited to the necessary minimum.

8 Final clauses
In the event that one or several of these terms of business are invalid wholly or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Invalid terms are replaced by the regulations provided by law. By placing an order you declare to agree with our trading conditions. Deviating conditions require our written agreement
