1. Your Account
If you use the website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner.
Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete and inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering. You can access and update much of the information you provided us with in the Your Account area of the website.
Mybeautystore.de reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.
2. Shipping Area and Delivery Time
We ship worldwide. Binding delivery times require our written confirmation. Shipping is made according to the Shipping conditions valid at the time of your order.
3. Conclusion of contract and prices
By clicking the "confirm order" button in the checkout area of the online shop you submit your binding offer to conclude a contract of sale of the products in your shopping cart. Following the submission of your order you will receive a confirmation by email to confirm the receipt of your order. This e-mail is not an acceptance of the contract. The contract is concluded by delivering the articles. All our offers are not-binding. All prices are gross prices, including german value added tax and excluding shipping costs.
4. Cancellation rights
You can cancel your contract within 14 days without indication of reasons in writing (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or - when the goods are transferred to you before the end of the period - by returning the goods. The period starts after receipt of this information in writing but not before entry of the goods at the recipient's (in case of repeated deliveries of similar goods not before entry of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfilment of our information obligations according to article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 section 1 and 2 EGBGB and our obligations according to § 312g section 1 sentence 1 BGB in connection with article 246 § 3 EGBGB.
The timely sending of the cancellation or the goods is enough to meet the cancellation deadline.

Cancellation consequences
In case of a valid cancellation the received services on both sides must be warranted back or possible drawn payments (e.g. interests) released. If you cannot return the received service and uses (e.g. use advantages) in full or in part or only in a worse condition, you must pay us compensation to their value. For the worse condition of the goods and for drawn uses you only need to compensate value if the uses or the worsening can be related to use of the goods which exceeds testing of the characteristics and the functioning. "Testing of the characteristics and functioning" must be understood as testing and trying the goods as possible and usual in the business. Goods that can be sent in parcels shall be returned at our risk. You shall bear the costs of the return if the goods delivered meet the order and the price of the returned goods does not exceed 40 Euro or when you have not yet carried out a service in return or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of cancellation for higher priced goods. Otherwise return sending is free of charge for you. Goods that cannot be sent in parcels are collected from you. Payment refund obligations must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period starts for you with the sending of your cancellation statement or the good, and for us with the receipt.

5. Warranty and Liability
The warranty is subject to the legal regulations of the Federal Republic of Germany. If the object of sale has a defect, we can remedy the defect or replace the object. In the event that the remedial measures or the replacement delivery fail, you shall be entitled to rescind the contract or to demand a price reduction.
6. Reservation of title
Any goods delivered shall remain our property until they have been paid in full.
7. Privacy
All Information that is needed for processing your order is transmitted through a secure connection using 128 Bit SSL encryption. The personal data provided by you at the beginning of, or during the course of business dealings shall be processed and, in particular, stored in compliance with the provisions of the German Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz). You are entitled to have your personal data deleted or corrected at any time. Please contact service@mybeautystore.de or send us your request in writing by mail. Personal data shall not be passed on to third parties. Excluded are our service partners, which need the transmission of data for the handling of your order. (e.g. parcel-service or bank). In this cases however the passing of data is limited to the necessary minimum.
8 Final clauses
In the event that one or several of these terms of business are invalid wholly or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Invalid terms are replaced by the regulations provided by law. By placing an order you declare to agree with our trading conditions. Deviating conditions require our written agreement
